The design intent for this project was to create a blissful sanctuary to the rear of a house in the bustling Dublin suburb.

A winding path leads the homeowner down the garden to the oasis. The shapes shift defining the different zones in the garden. Slates are used on the pergola to provide privacy for the dining and entertaining space. A lush tropical feel is created with the planting scheme. Smart use of ferns ensures shade. 

The tasteful garden room sits at the bottom of the garden looking onto the beautiful planting. This planting is multi-purposeful. It serves to create a gorgeous view from the generous windows in the garden room, whilst also ensuring that the garden room seamlessly blends into the space.
