This is an elegant, clean, simple and contemporary design. The intention was to create a contemporary, family-oriented space for everyone to enjoy. 

A spacious lawn is provided for activities and a generous patio area provides space for dining and relaxation. 

A large magnolia tree to the rear of the garden is the central focal feature of the design. Dense understory planting is found bordering the patio areas. Raised beds provide enclosure and add greenery to the living spaces. A refined, sophisticated planting palette is utilised. 

The balcony overlooks the space. Repetition of the materials connects the balcony to the landscape. It interacts with a canopy of betula pendula trees, creating an immersive experience and framing the distant views. Porcelain paving is used as the underfoot material. 

The spaces are capped off with elegant furniture, speaking to the simplicity of the scheme.
