Working with this courtyard like space, the intention was to draw the eye around the space to create a sense of momentum. With an aim of controlling the landscape, the fireplace was set into the bank and a stark, crisp ribbon wall was used to frame it. 

Clean, white, render walls are contrasted with manicured lawns, adding an old timely feel to this very contemporary garden. A minimalist planting plan is utilised in this space, clusters of ornamental grasses run along the walls and evergreen climbers grow up the beams, allowing the intriguing shape of the garden to shine.
