Our Process

Our simple process ensures ease right throughout the design phase. We are here to help you at every step.

How it works

The process begins with you sending your project brief to us. We will use this information to create a quote for you. Then we will organise a site survey and consultation at a time that suits you. The site survey will be completed. A 3D design of your garden will be created and sent to you to review. Adjustments will be made to this initial design and then your final plan set will be released.

Week 0
1. Get in Touch

Tell us about the project and we can provide a quotation.

Week 2
2. Site Survey and Consultation

We will organise a site survey and consultation. The site survey will include a full 3D mapping of the site, including typography.

The consultation will give you an opportunity to discuss the brief of the project with your designer, client ideas and style preferences are shared.

We also provide an entirely remote service. This involves you completing a self survey.

Week 6
3. Design

Our team will design your dream garden. Once we have completed the site survey, we will work on producing your initial concept, which will be sent to you for review.

Week 10
4. Fine Tune and Plans

With your feedback, our team will refine and make final adjustments, before releasing your final plans.

Self Survey

A self survey involves taking measurements and photos of the site and taking note of level changes. We will guide you through this process. Some clients may have existing architect plans of the site, which we can work from. We require you to stand over the survey that you complete or the plans that you provide. A remote consultation will be scheduled so you can speak with our designers and discuss your requirements and style preferences along with any ideas you might have for the space. Some projects are more conducive to a self survey than others. We can advise you in this regard. Please get in contact should you require more information.

Site Survey

During a site survey, one of our designers will call out to the site and meet with you to discuss the project. Following this consultation, the designer will survey the premises, taking exact measurements of the site, noting the boundary lines and ground heights and any environmental factors. This survey, in conjunction with the consultation will be used to develop the design.
